Welcome to the inaugural 

Sloan STEM+Arts Summer Camp. 

This camp is an excellent educational approach to learning that utilizes Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics and the Arts for students in grades K-8. 

Thank you for allowing your child/children to attend this camp. Here are our summer camp guidelines and answers to general questions. The STEM+Arts Program will expose and enhance student’s knowledge as they prepare to become innovators, educators, leaders, and learners of tomorrow.

DROP OFF | PICK UP

Drop off: 8:00am 

(No earlier please) 

All children must be accompanied by a parents for sign in

 

Pick up: 1:00pm

Kids will be brought to your car. 

Please follow our parking lot volunteers for “in-line car pickup” process.

We will provide two unique SLOAN STEM+Arts Camp car window decals. 

You must have decal for pick up. Please take a picture of the decal. 

It must be shown in case you need to send an alternate for pickup.


*Please note an additional $25 late pick up fee will be requested daily for our staff and security if pick up is beyond 1:30pm

ATTIRE

 Students should wear comfortable clothing that is school code appropriate. 

(t-shirt, shorts, jeans and jacket or sweater in case your child gets cold)


Each child will receive a 

SLOAN STEM+Arts T-shirt

WHAT TO BRING

A water bottle and 

a single non-refrigerated snack

Name on all objects including electronics.

Please encourage your student(s) to follow class procedures and directions. 

Although we do not anticipate any of our awesome students to be disruptive, we reserve the right to dismiss a child from our camp if inappropriate or unacceptable behavior is noted without reprimand or reimbursement.

FRIDAY EXPO | GRADUATION

On Friday morning (11:30AM)  parents are invited to attend a presentation and exhibits that will demonstrate what your child(ren) have experienced.
