Welcome back to
Sloan STEM+Arts Summer Camp.
This camp is an excellent educational approach to learning that utilizes Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, plus Arts for students in grades PreK-6.
Thank you for allowing your child or children to attend this camp. Here are our summer camp guidelines, along with answers to frequently asked questions. The STEM+Arts Program will expose and enhance students’ knowledge as they prepare to become innovators, educators, leaders, and learners of tomorrow.

Drop-off: 8:00 am to 8:30 am
Parents or guardians must accompany all children for drop-off. Children will be escorted from the car to the classroom by our volunteers.
Pick up: 12:30 pm.
Please stay in your car.
Kids will be brought to your car.
Please follow our parking lot volunteers for the "in-line car pick-up" process.
We will email you a unique child ID number to show on your phone or print a copy when you pick it up.
Please take a picture and share your child's unique child ID number if you need to send an alternate for pick-up.
*Please note that an additional $25 late pick-up fee will be requested daily for our staff and security if pick-up is beyond 12:45 pm

Students should wear comfortable clothing and shoes that are school-code-appropriate.
(t-shirt, shorts, jeans, and jacket or sweater in case your child gets cold)
Each child will receive a
SLOAN STEM+Arts T-shirt
To be worn on the last day for camp pics.

Your child's name should be on all objects, including electronics.

Please encourage your student(s) to follow class procedures and directions.
Although we do not anticipate any of our awesome students to be disruptive, we reserve the right to dismiss a child from our camp if inappropriate or unacceptable behavior is noted without reprimand or reimbursement.

On Friday, July 17, at 11:00 AM, parents are invited to attend our STEM+Expo within our classrooms and with community vendors.
This will demonstrate what your child(ren) has experienced.
Each child will receive a
Certification of Completion via email.

SAT Prep Course Prerequisites:
- High School Jr/Sr
- Algebra II (preferred)
- Unofficial Transcript
- PSAT/ACT scores
- Participation Agreement
- Must attend 6 of 8 classes
- August to October 2026
*Acceptance: Prerequisites, payment submitted, and spots available.**
COST: $400 for an 8-week course+3 tests

2027 APPLICATION OPENS FEBRUARY 1ST
The SLOAN STEM Academic Scholarship Program exists to remove financial barriers for students who are doing the work but need support to go further.
We provide need-based and merit-based scholarships to high-achieving students, with a focus on those pursuing STEM, healthcare, technology, arts, and other academic pathways that lead to long-term economic mobility and leadership.
Our scholars are more than GPAs and test scores. They are:
- First, second, or third-generation college students
- Students from historically underrepresented communities
- Young leaders balancing academic excellence with real-world challenges
Scholarship funds may be applied to tuition, books, academic fees, test preparation, and educational enrichment opportunities, ensuring students can focus on learning rather than financial stress.
Bottom line: we invest in students who are ready to lead, innovate, and give back. This isn’t charity...it’s strategy.
